MINI POTS OF CARE DAY

25 FEBRUARY 2010
Please visit our website...

Mini Pots of Care Day

Every child planted a daffodil bulb in individual mini pots of care in November as a fundraising activity for Marie Curie Cancer Care. This term the children set up their own Café in the upstairs classroom and on Thursday morning, their mums and dads and grannies and granddads and friends came to visit the children’s Café. The visitors were served juice and home-made heart-shaped biscuits by our experienced “waiting” staff. Mums and dads were able to purchase children’s individually decorated Mini Pot of Care daffodil and already we have raised £173.

PRE-SCHOOL BURNS CEILIDH PARTY

25 JANUARY 2010

At our Burns Ceilidh Party we all enjoyed dancing to Scottish music, singing Scottish songs and listening to Robert (Wilson - not Burns)
playing the bagpipes. We made Scottish shortbread, designed our own tartan and most of us enjoyed haggis, neeps and tatties!
